SCREEN PRINTING

SCREEN PRINTING

(Suitable for t-shirts, bags, hats, sports apparel, umbrellas,...)

Screen printing is one of the oldest techniques of printing. We can print the desired motive on t-shirts, using screens and colours.

A printed t-shirt is then sent through a conveyor dryer in which the colour is lastingly burned onto t-shirt and so the print is more durable.

In our company, we perform the printing on a machine which enables printing in 9 colours and underbase.

The amount of printed t-shirts depends on a motive chosen for printing. Our equipment enables us to print with capability of 300-500 printed t-shirts per hour.

ADVANTAGES OF SCREEN PRINTING:

Durability and fastness of colour (due to drying in a conveyor dryer)
Screen printing allows both printing on light and dark surfaces
Low prices in case of bigger series
Bigger motives are softer to touch, compared to machine embroidery
Printed motives can be highly detailed (smaller letters, thin lines, etc.)
Printing quality (quality of colours, of treatment in conveyor dryer)
Quicker delivery in case of greater quantities (machine embroidery is slower)

DISADVANTAGES OF SCREEN PRINTING:

Initial costs due to screen and film preparation
Series of smaller quantities are more expensive
The costs depend on the number of colours, used in printing
Poor quality picture of a motive, sent by customer, requires further design preparation and additional costs of design

OUR CUSTOMERS CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN FOLLOWING PRINTIG TECHNIQUES:

3D printing (the printed motive is slightly embossed)
Glitter (screen printing with glitters, two different sizes of glitters)
Etching (technique in which t-shirt is distained by performig special chemical process, the print is very soft and allows ironing)
Metatran foil (glue is transferred to a t-shirt with a screen, and after that a metal foil is printed on glue)
Metallic (colours: gold, silver, metallic red, metallic blue, metallic green,...)
Phosphorus print (the print glows in the dark)

CLASSICAL METHODS OF PRINTING:

PLASTISOL COLOURS (widely used colours, very durable)
WATER COLOURS
PVC COLOURS (intended for printing calendars, lighters,...)
NYLON COLOURS (printing on umbrellas, windbreakers, polyester products,...)

PAD PRINTING

(SUITABLE FOR PENS, KEY CHAINS, USB STICKS, NOTEBOOKS, WATCHES, LIGHTERS, PLASTIC OBJECTS,...)

Pad printing is a technique of printing in which we transfer a colour from a cliché with a required motive on a chosen object, with a silicone pad. This technique enables printing on round object and surfaces that are not completely flat (pens, pencils, lighters,...).

In our company, we can offer two colour pad printing on various products and substrates.

ADVANTAGES:

High resolution which allows printing of very small motives
Contrasted colours and precision of the print, comparable to offset printing
Extremely Resistant to the UV light, suitable even for exposed surfaces

DISADVANTAGES:

Since the substrate has to be more clinging than a silicone pad, printing on silicone and similarly clinging materials is not possible
Certain rare types of plastic require additional preparation

Pad printing also enables printing on metals, glass, leather, plastics, wood, and PVC.
